Renovated house with 4 rooms for 10 people at the center of Muriú

Navy home has 4 bedrooms (2 suites), 1 bathroom, large kitchen, 1 parking deck, service area semi-covered verandah well wide to the sea and a large room for 2 environments. The house was recently renovated with raw materia! Cover completely with new colonial tiles, new flooring and good sturdy brand Eliane, new aluminum gate, texture and paint Coral brand, new windows and solid wood doors, new granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. The bathrooms and toilets receive crazy new brands Celite and Deca. The terrace which is next to the sea received a wooden banister eucalyptus and an outdoor shower for bathing. Installations and electrical showers brand new Lorenzetti and last revision was made a wide sewer. It really was a home to spend summer optimal, end-of-week, or even a whole year! The beach is a Muriú lindissima beach very popular for tourists and potiguares. The north beach has a beautiful coconut trees and a creek, the 'Prainha', an uninhabited paradise. In southern beach has several restaurants on the waterfront, lodges and fishing boats that are beside the cove 'Porto Mirim'. The restaurants are reputed by Muriú specialty dishes with lobster and fresh fruits of the sea. Another attraction, 1 km offshore, are the natural pools with coral formations. Ideal for scuba diving or even barbecue!. In high season, the beach offers boat rental, jet ski and 'banana boat'. The nearby beach 'Jacuma' and famous for its sand dunes that are a natural attraction and exotic, formed of sand hills covered with vegetation. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Brazilian Real) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Accounts of energy, water and gas are including in the price of rent.

    Laundry service is available and a price of EUR 10.00 (seven dollars) per kilo.

    Housekeeping is available and a value of USD 50/diaria (08:00 - 16:00).
  • All guests are required to sign a lease season before entering the house. Survey would be done with the landlord or his staff on his arrival at the house. Guests are required to pay a 50% booking amount and rest of at least 1 week in advance of your arrival by bank transfer. On his arrival at the house, we require a security deposit (collateral) in cash BRL 500 (five hundred dollars). This will be returned on the day of departure, if no serious damage occurred inside the house during your stay.
