Come and live at the beach!! Located on the quiet Sail Bay, yet only 2 minutes walk to the ocean and busy Mission Beach, this is southern California at its best. Watch the kids play on the beach from the balcony with its unobstructed views of beautiful Sail Bay.

You can rent a bike and cycle along the boardwalk, have a cookout on the balcony, or just hit the beach and relax.

With many restaurants, bars and cafes nearby you can walk everywhere, and leave the car in one of your two private parking spaces.

This beautiful, bright, clean, and spacious vacation home is just steps to the serene Sail Bay beach, and two minutes walk across Mission Blvd to Mission Beach and the ocean.

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo spread over 2 floors is perfect for family and friends to enjoy.

Downstairs the large living room has sliding doors which open out onto the balcony with its grill and table and chairs, where you can watch people cycling, jogging, and walking along the boardwalk. On the water you can see paddle boards, kayaks, and sail boats go by. Whether drinking your coffee in the sunshine in the morning or watching the SeaWorld fireworks on a warm summer evening you’ll be spending a lot of time here.

In the living room the sofa folds out to make a bed which will sleep two more if required. Premium cable TV (Including HBO and On Demand, Netflix, and Hulu Plus), DVD/Blu Ray, CD player, high speed internet and radio mean all your entertainment needs are taken care of. There are free local and long distance calls within the USA included. There is also a dining table that will seat 6 comfortably.

The spacious modern kitchen has a table that will seat 4, and is fully equipped with everything that you’ll need.

Upstairs the master bedroom, with its own private full bathroom offers a queen bed, from where you can watch the sunrise in the morning, and a large walk in closet.

The second bedroom is next to another separate full bathroom and offers two twin beds, and lots of closet space. An airbed and Pack n Play are also available should you wish to sleep more than 2 in this room.

We're from the UK and love California and the west coast. We have a soft spot for San Diego in particular, and when the chance to own a little bit of it for ourselves came up, we jumped at the chance.

This property was completely decorated, and furnished with high quality new furniture, and linens in January 2013 - Ready for the season.

It is in a quiet peaceful location, with beautiful views and only 2 minutes walk to many convenience stores, cafes, coffee shops, rental shops, bars, quality restaurants and Mission Beach on the otherside of Mission Blvd.

Walk 10 minutes north and you will get to the Crystal Pier area, which has many more lively bars and great restaurants.

Walk 10 minutes south and you will get to Belmont Park and the famous wooden rollercoaster there, and all the other nearby attactions.

Jump in the car, and SeaWorld, Downtown San Diego, the Old Town, beautiful La Jolla, Torrey Pines, and many many more attractions are close by.

Also Legoland and Disneyland are easily reachable.

What makes this condo unique

We love the piece and quiet of the bay, the fantastic sunrise in the morning, and just sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

Breakfast at the Olive Cafe around the corner never disappoints, and having everything within 2 minutes walk is a great bonus.

Watching the sun go down over on Mission Beach followed by a steak at Saska's across the road, and then walking back for a glass of wine on the balcony makes for a great end to the day.

This property is spectacular! I think that this house rivals any 5 star hotel in PB. I have never in my life stayed in such a clean and organized house. No detail was spared. It is quiet, in an amazing neighborhood and being so close to the beach and having the ability to run/walk every morning in such a gorgeous setting made my vacation. I am already planning my next trip back and have referred it to several other friends. The owner has thought through everything- it is the perfect beachhouse and I cannot wait to return.

My boyfriend and I just returned from a 4-day vacation in San Diego with 3 friends. All 5 of us stayed here and absolutely loved the house, location, and amenities. It has everything you need to entertain at home, cook, as well as being walking distance to the ocean, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. You can also get to just about any fun spot in San Diego in about 10 minutes max by car from here. And the kicker is that this place is well-priced, more affordable than other options out there. If it's available, book it!

Everything the listing describes about this property is totally accurate. The inside was warm, inviting and had everything we needed. We felt at home as soon as we walked in and during the whole stay There was four people in our party and we were not disappointed at all! It was very clean and well taken care of too. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen fully stocked too. The location could not have been better and was walking distance to everything! When we booked the unit, John the owner was very quick to respond to our questions. This was a wonderful place to stay and we would love to come back here again in the future. We would totally recommend this condo to anyone coming to the San Diego area!

Great Vacation

This is our first experience with renting a vacation home, plus doing it all online. The entire process of communication, contract, deposits, etc. was very timely & professional. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and our group consisted of 4 adults, and 2 infants. I spent many hours over several weeks looking for the “perfect” house & chose this one because of the home size, location, and photos. This home surpassed our expectations as it was well appointed, spacious, clean, and had more amenities than we ever imagined. The location is excellent and once you arrive, you never have to get into your car again if you don’t want to. I never realized that the bay and the ocean were so close together. Great location for relaxing and touring – close to many attractions, coffee shops, and restaurants. There were so many personal touches and information provided that we felt right at home.
Thank you for a wonderful vacation and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this home again.
