Newly-renovated, the historic Moon House is now available for weekly rentals and special events (weddings, receptions, recitals, meetings, seminars). RENTS SUNDAY TO SUNDAY. This four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath estate is located at 422 Clymer Street in the Village of Pentwater. It is less than a mile to the village shops, restaurants and marina district and a mile to the beach at Pentwater State Park and a couple of minutes to Pentwater Lake. The main floor features a large family salon, formal dining room, sun room, complete kitchen, and half bath. Upstairs are four bedrooms and three full baths. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the other two each have a full and twin bed for a total of two queen beds, two full beds and two twin beds. Sleeps 10 comfortably. There is also an inflatable mattress if needed. Huge wrap around veranda for outdoor meals, visiting, and relaxing.. Kitchen is equipped with microwave and dishwasher. Washer and dryer in the basement. Works well for extended families or other large groups. Weekly rent is $1,800 with an additional $200 for holiday weekends, plus 6% use tax and a $400 security deposit.
