Only two villas on the block in this exclusive area of private homes insures quiet and privacy. Just ouside the door is the wide sandy beach leading to the warm Atlantic. Relax and enjoy expansive views of water everywhere, clean beaches and rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center from your private ocean front decks. One deck has a Jacuzzi and dining furniture. Walk on the beach to the Cocoa Beach Pier and Jetty Park. Enjoy all the amenities of home in this modern well quipped, tasfeully furnished and very clean private beach house. The Beline (528)is less than one mile away will take you express to and from all Orlando attractions. The Port Canaveral gambling and fishing boats,Golf courses, Cocoa Village, a major mall, Super Wall Mart are close by. Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach is a resort area with many excellent restaurants and things to do and see for young and old.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Weekly rate for Sept, Oct. Nov., Dec., except Christmas week,is $1,300.
    For all other weeks the rate is $1,600. In general a week is considered, from Saturday to Saturday. Rates are plus local tax and $80. cleaning fee.
  • Inquire about discounted rates for longer than two weeks.
    No smoking in the villa. Our caring manager lives in caretaker's cottage at entrance to property.
    A $300. damage deposit is required if children are under 10 years of age and returned to guests before they depart, if all in in good order. We truly are the best value on the beach front.

Great summer vacation!

My husband & I stayed here end of June 1st part of July. We have great beaches in S.C. But wanted something different. We are so glad we made the trip! The house was beautiful,so comfortable & very clean.They provide you with everything you might need. There is also a very nice grocery store close by which has a large selection of fresh produce, meats as well as wine & beer. We cooked steaks on the grill & you can dine inside or out.The caretaker was very friendly & helpful with directions.The best part was the gorgeous beach!! ! We really enjoyed sitting on the upper deck watching the ocean waves, while sipping a cold fruit cocktail. The house is next to a condo but still very private & quiet- with a tall lattice fence, & lots of palms,flowers & other natural shrubs enclosing it. It was a nice relaxing vacation. If you want night life there are several ocean front restaurants & bars close by. We only went out for lunch 1 day & then they have a fireworks (pre- fourth of July) celebration at a marina that has several restaurants to choose from. You can also take a tour of the natural wildlife there are several companies that offer kayak tours they have some brochures at house & in phone book. We just enjoyed our oasis so much didn't need to leave! Will definitely return again next year!

This is one of the best Villas location wise, that we have ever stayed in during our past ten years of holidaying in Florida.
The sun rises are breathtaking, the beach is clean the sea cristal clear and warm.The villa is clean with adequate facilities and has a friendly manager which all helped in making our stay so welcoming.
The villa is a fantastic retreat to just chill or to use as a base for adventures furthur afield.
I recommend this villa and look forward to future holidays in it.
