Had a great time. Did have an uninvited guest. Little mouse kept showing up in the living area, but no one seemed to mind.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
Our trip was in September, so were able to take advantage of the off-season rate. We were with another family, so were able to split up the house - family with little children upstairs and our grown children and us in the downstairs bedrooms. The beach was so perfect. This time of year it was very quiet and almost private. There was plenty of cookware for meals and cooking things like crabs and shrimp boils. Did I mention the beach was great?! Every evening the dolphins came in before the shrimp boats, so we rented Kayaks and went out there with them. Great vacation!

My family spend a week just being together, it was a wonderful time and the house filled all of our needs, Plan to rent this location again next year.

Sunset on the Sound-B Side in Edisto Beach, SC provided a beautiful location to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday! The home was the perfect size for our group of six. The view from the large screened porch was lovely! The kitchen was a nice size with adequate refrigerator space. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine, too! We look forward to staying here again!

Reviewer Comments:
Dryer would not dry clothes towards end of stay. Then just quit working. Called to have 2 tvs fixed in house nobody ever came to fix them stayed in house whole week and couldn't watch tv in our king bed. Sheets that I ordered for one of the beds didn't even fit the bed. Guests had to sleep on top of mattress with no sheets.
