Large apartment (150m ²) never rented before, one per floor, view of the beach, high floor, quiet, renovated and furnished in January 2013.

Just 100 meters from the beach, 4 blocks from the subway and 1 block from 'Copacabana Low' (the busiest area of ??Copacabana with several bars and restaurants). Sleeps 6 people comfortably, reaching 8 people (with extra single mattress for one of the bedrooms, the living room couch retractable or 2 puffs squares that turn into beds).

It is located at Rua Constante Ramos, with ease of vacancies in the street and widespread trade. Chance of captive wave 2 blocks (to confirm availability). On the court we are Caffeine, Koni (Japanese food), Ice Cream Italy, Clay Casserole (food Kilo), Capricciosa (pizzeria), banks, pharmacy, bakery, coffee shop, shop juices, etc..

The apartment has air conditioning and closet in 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with double bed (1 en suite) and 1 room with sofa bed bi (2 singles) and 39-inch Samsung TV.

The room is spacious and has 1 retractable sofa, 2 puffs squares, 2 puffs leather, 40-inch Sony TV, HD NET, Wi-Fi, Blu-ray, HD Media Player, DVDs varied, Sound The property has 4 bathrooms being 1 toilet and 1 bathroom service.

Next to the living room has a dining area with round table and 4 chairs and a bench with 2 tb banks stool for meals. The kitchen stove has six burners, refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, grill, blender, pots, cups, cutlery and utensils. The service area has an additional bedroom, bathroom and laundry area with washer and double clothesline.

All bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
