Located in the Palermo Hollywood neighborhood —considered to be one of the most vibrant and up and coming areas of Buenos Aires — this luxury apartment is located in a great location close to public transportation, restaurants, cafes and close to Palermo Soho. It is spacious with over 753 sq. feet (70 sq. meters). The apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day.

The apartment is in an brand new building recently completed in February 2009. The apartment is a beautiful loft with plenty of space both below and up above in the loft level.

It is a perfect alternative for those that do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room or apartment. No expense was spared furnishing this apartment.

This apartment is perfect for a longer term stay in Buenos Aires or pampering yourself for just a few short nights.
