Walk to the Beach! House is ideal for a large family.

The home is located 800 feet from Newport's Easton's Beach, and walking distance (.25 mile) to Easton's Beach pavilion, bars and restaurants. Walk to the Cliff Walk, Sachuest Point, Bellevue Avenue or downtown.

Completely renovated, this is a 4000sf, traditional shingle style Victorian located on a large private grassy common, perfect for field sports. Spectacular water views of Newport's Easton's Beach and the Cliff Walk. Renfrew Park is a private neighborhood.

Second Beach, voted RI's best beach is just a half mile down the hill. Walk to downtown to shop, eat, drink, or visit local attractions.

Third Beach is one mile away and perfect for families with small children.

About The Owner

We are a family of 5 originally from Boston. We have been in RI since 2000 and have lived in Middletown since 2005.

The Owner purchased this house in 2005
Why The Owner chose Easton's Point

We purchased the Renfrew Park house in 2005 and spent the next four years completely renovating and restoring the home to it's present state.

What makes this house unique

From every floor of this 3 story home you can view the ocean, CliffWalk and the Breaker's Mansion across the water. The park is perfect for children and adults alike to play. The beach is just across the street and you can walk to 5 local restaurants and bars. First beach has an aquarium as well as summer activities for the kids- bumper boats, waterslide, bands on the beach...

The homeowners were fabulous they made the entire process a breeze. This home is beautifully furnished and decorated throughout.The online pictures did not do this home justice. Patio was beautiful and very comfortable, loved listening to the ocean late at night. The painted twister on the lawn for the kids was a great idea! We had a large group (14 ) with plenty of room for everyone. The location was GREAT, easy access to restaurants (loved brick alley, Diagos and Anthony's seafood) shopping.. and more shopping Alex and Ani was a favorite, a side trip to the casino was fun too!. Thank you Rich and Dani for making this trip such an enjoyable experience. Would love to return and rent again. The lobster pots came in very handy!! Thank you too for the use of the dble stroller! Will remember this trip for many years to come. I miss your hydrangeas already.
