Take a short ride on the Villa's bicycles to the Yacht club where you will find a public beach, fishing pier, athletic size swimming pool and more. Majestic Villa has western exposure off of the pool deck/boat dock giving you long warm days of sunshine and a front seat to Florida sunsets.

Yet again we have had a great holiday in south west florida, this time in this comfortable house, Majestic Villa. We have rented houses many different locations in SW Florida, but we will return to Cape Coral, and then we hope this classic, comfortable Florida house is vacant. Great location in this quiet, pleasant street.
The beach, restarants and shops 3 minutes drive or 10 minute cycling away.
Deck and pool to the west and the magnificent sunsets every night.
We will return.
