Family friendly townhome in Kissimmee's newest 5 star resort, Paradise Palms. This home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and almost 2000 square feet of living space. The sunny lanai has a south facing private pool, dining area, and frosted privacy door. The sliding doors leading out to the pool have a safety alarm, as well as a locking safety fence around the pool itself. The home is professionally decorated and features granite and stainless throughout. The home is a short 2 minute walk from the fantastic clubhouse and resort pool.

With 2 large King suites, 1 Queen, a great Mickey Mouse themed kids room with bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa, this spacious town home has plenty of room for up to 11 people. All bedrooms are well equipped with flat screen TVs, clock radios and ceiling fans. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the home for your convenience, as well as a high chair and pack-n-play (crib) at no extra charge.

Bedroom 1: Upstairs King, Master, en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Upstairs Mickey Mouse themed children's room with double/twin bunk beds. Sleeps 3 (shares bath with bedroom 3).

Bedroom 3: Upstairs Queen (shares bath with bedroom 2).

Bedroom 4: Main floor King with adjacent bathroom. Ideal for guests who prefer not to use stairs.

You will have access to all the resort amenities of Paradise Palms including a spectacular resort pool with water slide, hot tubs, waterfalls, and grotto. There is also a children's pool/splash park and a poolside tiki bar.

Other resort amenities include tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, game room/arcade, free cinema (you can bring your own movie or request one), fitness center with sauna, and convenience store.

All of this only 5 miles from Disney World!

Pool heat $20/day. Pool heat is recommended October through March.
