Guestbook comments from the manager
Sorry that I have to withhold your deposit. I just repaired the water damage downstairs from the toilet

overflowing. The materials for the downstairs ceiling came to $126.32. The bath room towels used to soak

up the water from the toilet needed to be discarded. I could not is use them for the rental guests for sanitary

purposes. There were 5 bath towels and 3 face towels that needed to be replaced. Total cost for the towels

came to $41.60 and face towels came to $20.37. Check out time as stated on the contract was 11:00 AM.

Because we had guests coming in the same day at 3:00 PM House Keeping needed to wait until 12:32 PM

until you left the house to start cleaning. There charge was $35.00 We had to bring in extra help to have it ready

by 3:00 PM for the guests coming in. They were delayed until 4:30 PM. Both bed spreads needed to be dry cleaned

because of stains at a cost of $22.00 a piece. Total of 42.00. This brings the total of cleaning, water damage, dry cleaning

and extra house cleaning help because of late check out to $265.29. I am not asking for any extra money. I will absorb the

$65.29. I hope this explains the all the charges. If you have any questions please email me at fritzintahoe@gmail.com.

Thanks,

Fritz,

Amazing Place

  • 5 of 5
Just enjoyed a great family vacation in this beautiful house. The location is awesome and the house itself is just as advertised, We were so close to the lake we could walk there anytime we wanted. The fenced in backyard was a bonus and a great place to hang out with our coffee in the morning and have dinner at night. I have rented several houses on this site and this was definitely the best I have ever rented. Thanks Fritz for sharing your lovely home with my family.

Home-like feel in Lake Tahoe

  • 5 of 5
From one vrbo property renter to another, this property is nice and comes exactly as advertised. I rented this place for my groomsmen and me over my wedding weekend and it was perfect for us. The outdoor grill is outfitted with all cooking utensils, the fenced in back yard lawn is well kept and a rare find in Tahoe, the living room area is spacious with a good sized flat screen, the kitchen appliances are modern, and the property is conveniently located to the water and stateline. At a price comparable to or lower than a single hotel room, you can't go wrong with this property.

Comfortable spacious home and great location!

  • 5 of 5
Friends and I (two couples) stayed at Fritz's home for 6 nights and it was just lovely. House is clean, well kept and nicely decorated...and very comfortable. The kitchen amenities (and the dishwasher!!) were perfect for our needs. The Olympics were on during our stay and the multiple TVs with surround sound added to the drama! Nice to have the wifi as well so we could plan our daily outings and dining adventures in the area.
The house is convenient to all local attractions, and just a few walkable blocks to beautiful Lake Tahoe. Although we booked the home for a snowboarding/ski trip, we were able to enjoy the sites around the lake and even drove to Carson City one day to just check it out.
Fritz is easy to work with and got back to me with all my questions prior to the trip. My friends (who are experienced world travelers) were also very pleased with the accomodations, so much so, we may make this an annual pilgrimage!
All the best Fritz!

We would love to stay again

  • 5 of 5
We were pleased with this property. The place was exactly like the listing photos show.
It was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The open layout was perfect for us (two families) to enjoy the time together.

The beach park nearby is in walking distance. Our toddlers enjoyed the short walk too.
Also, there are quite a few places to eat or pick up food within a few blocks.
Very short drive to Safeway too.

We would like to stay at the property again when we go to South Lake Tahoe.

Everything we expected, and more

Absolutely perfect. The great room was nice and spacious, good internet access, rooms very clean and comfortable, TONS of parking, and an extraordinary kitchen. We could not have been more pleased, and will definitely stay there again on future trips to Tahoe.

Great place to stay

  • 5 of 5
We were attending "spanish camp" at the Jr College and this was a wonderful retreat from long days of intense activity. We first noticed how clean and well maintained it was. Comfortable living room and dining table to spread out homework on, a kitchen that was beautiful and easy to use. We sat outside under the umbrella and walked to the beach. The owner was easy to work with and quick to respond. We went to the sushi restaurant, Sabo (I think) and Fresh Ketch. This year we discovered Blue Angel and had their kale salad which was amazingly delicious.
