About Owner/Manager

Moved here from a large property in the burbs almsot a year ago and fell in love with the view and the ability to walk to restaurants and just about anything happening in town. Love the Hike and Bike Trail just out the front door. When you walk on the lake and wathc the ducks, egrets, turtles and cranes, it's easy to forget you're in a city.

This condo sits high above the city of Austin with a birds eye view of Austin like in this picture of fireworks taken from our balcony last New Years Eve. And when you close the windows and balcony doors, you rarely hear anything of the activities in the bustling city below. Yet when we're ready to do something, the city of Austin beckons with nightlife and the Hike and Bike Trail beckon with nature and fitness. And we never drive a car to get anywhere in town.

There are four options for sleeping in the condo. A king size bed, a queen size bed, a long comfortable sofa and another shorter sofa. Between 4 and 6 people can sleep here, depending on willingness to share the beds. There is an outdoor grill by pool on first floor. Also, there is a coffee, hot chocolate and tea dispenser in the lobby to grab something on your way out each day.

Best View of Austin

This condo is the creme de la creme of downtown Austin. Walk in the front door and the 28th floor view of Lady Bird Lake and the Texas hill country may literally take your breath away. The lobby of the building opens to the centrally located, well loved hike and bike trail that circles the lake. You'll be on Rainey Street, Austin's newly exploding but still laid back bar and restaurant scene. Minutes from Congress Avenue and the State Capitol building.

The Condo is beautifully furnished, views from every room, grand piano, and the coziest master bedroom with its own couch and giant TV. Owners are extremely nice and easy going, also easy to get in touch with.

I would recommend this condo to everyone I know. This one is worth it! Spoil yourself!

Unbelievable Place!

We rented the place out for Superbowl weekend and could not have had a better time! The owners were very welcoming and accommodating (they even had brand new towels and sheets). It was the perfect location for our bar-hopping on Rainey Street and right on Zilker running trail so that I could make up for all the calories I consumed at the bar the night before. And yes, the view was just as astounding as in the pictures if not more so!
