Steps to the beach from this clean, efficient 1 bdrm condo. You can watch the sun set into ocean from the lanai. Stroll next door to the BYOB Bistro 808 after a day on the beach and a dip in the pool.
You can pack just your carry-on luggage! With a washer/dryer, boogie boards, masks, snorkels, beach chairs, and portable coolers provided, you don't need to bring anything else. We've even got beach reading for those 1-99 tucked on the shelf.
It has been recently renovated and equipped with things that are important to us: comfortable beds with good sheets, functional kitchen for cooks (sharp knives included!), double paned windows in the bedroom for quiet nights, lots of beach gear (even a sea kayak is available for a little extra), books, board games, & movies. Wifi available after January 1.
We've got lots of repeat guests, so be sure to book today!
Our condo is located in Building Two.

We are a young family of 4 from North Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Warren is a heavy duty mechanic, Carolyn does admin and marketing for a children's sport program, Jacob is 10, and Piper is 7.
We all love the water and all the weird and wonderful things living in it!
We are lucky enough to come to Maui a couple of times each year, often with Granna and Poppa who stay nearby in Wailea.
It's affordable for young families and couples on a budget, and still offers first class beaches and activities.
We love the fact that everything is so close by!
What we love about our unit is that you can sit on the lanai and see the ocean, even after the kids go to bed! Kids can play on the grass out front while we enjoy a couple of drinks either before or after dinner.
Carolyn also loves that it is super clean and easy to keep that way!
In the heart of Kihei, everything is at your fingertips. Great restaurants (many BYOB with live entertainment), activity centers, fantastic snorkeling and boogy-boarding beaches, babysitting services, yoga on the beach, surfing, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, whale watching, etc.. I recommend a car so you can get around the island at your leisure, but there is a local bus service with pick up outside your door so you can run for the heavy groceries without a car if you need to.
