A spiral staircase will take you up to the main second floor living area and spacious modern kitchen with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances (Jenn-Air Oven; Fisher & Paykel Dual Drawer Dishwasher, over-sized refrigerator and freezer; trash compactor) and a wonderful wine cooler to chill your favorite collection! The kitchen is equipped with all the cookware and appliances you need to prepare your favorite meals, all you need to do is pick-up some groceries at the local market. On those sunny afternoons when you prefer to BBQ, we have provided a brand new BBQ located on the second floor balcony deck with patio furniture and heat lamps.
The main living area on the second floor features an over-sized soft leather coach (large enough for an adult to sleep on if needed), a 60" flat-screen TV with DVR, the sports package, surround sound stereo, DVD, WiFi internet throughout the house, a wet bar, and large dining area. Just off the main living area is a patio area where you will more than likely be spending most of your time taking in the beautiful views.
The spiral staircase extends up to the third floor where you will find a very spacious private master bedroom suite featuring a romantic balcony with panoramic views of Newport Harbor and the Pacific. You will be very comfortable in your king-sized bed, with fireplace, TV, jacuzzi-jetted bathtub, double vanity area, modern shower, and walk-in cedar lined closet.
The first floor entrance level is where the 2 guest bedrooms are located, as well as a full bathroom. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed and TV, and the second bedroom is a unique set-up with a fully equipped office and Murphy bed. You have the option of either using this bedroom as a 3rd bedroom with a double-bed or as an office to stay connected with the outside world during your vacation as needed. All the bedrooms are complete with high thread-count linens and bedspreads, the bathrooms include towels, facecloths, and hand towels. You will also have access to beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and 2 brand new cruiser bicycles to cruise around town and get some exercise. Speaking of exercise, this vacation villa also features a gym on the lower-level with a treadmill, weight machines, and even a Pilates assembly to work on your flexibility and core.
I know you don't want to think about cleaning while you're on vacation, but when needed there is a front-loading washer and dryer on the first floor, vacuum cleaner in the master bedroom closet, and an iron / ironing board available to you as well. You also have a 2-car garage available to you with 2 additional spaces behind each garage for your visiting guests.
