Relaxing, quiet and comfortable, our Sunriver house allows guests to have fun and create happy memories. We strive to keep our property well maintained, clean and functional while keeping rental costs reasonable and affordable. Our renters get free unlimited access to the Sunriver pools (SHARC Facility) and tennis courts with no additional 'recreation fee'.
On a large, well-situated lot that feels very private, our house sits in a natural setting with lots of sun entering our many huge windows illuminating the very high pine ceilings of the A-frame house. We are at the end of a very quiet cul de sac, so there is no traffic (we go days at a time without a single car coming near the house).
The layout feels open and spacious yet cozy. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom, the downstairs has one bedroom with a queen bed and another with two doubles (and another full bathroom). The living room has a beautiful fireplace and the deck has a large hot tub (these are two very popular features). The house has wireless high speed internet (no charge), air conditioning (great to have during the summer!), a very functional kitchen, bbq, and lots of bikes.
Kids can play safely outside without disturbances from traffic. There is no noise from the trains nor bike paths.
Fort Rock Park, with its' huge play structure, tennis and basketball courts, covered picnic/barbecue areas, baseball/soccer fields, volley ball and horse shoe areas is only a five minute walk away! This extremely close proximity to the park is a HUGE plus for families with younger children.
Handy extras we provide for young children include: high chair, crib, toys, children's books, baby bath tub, non slip bath mat, kid step stool, and small jogger stroller.
The grocery store/gas station is a three minute drive away, and the village mall is a five minute drive (under 10 minutes by bike path). We provide passes for up to 8 people for free unlimited access to the Sunriver pools and tennis courts (unlike the rental agencies, we add no additional charge for this).
We are conscientious, detail-oriented and responsible owners who hope to develop a satisfied clientele.
We strive to strike the balance among offering guests comfort, quality, good value and functionality plus want to add the bonus of peace of mind that the rental process and rate were easy and fair.
We are conveniently reachable directly plus have a local support team (hot tub service, handyman, snow plow service and residential services team for emergencies and cleaning).
If you would like to eliminate the high cost of the 'middle man' by renting directly from owners, rather than through one of the rental agencies, we would be happy to answer questions and arrange a reservation.
