This lovely unit has an interior that includes 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, high ceilings on the lower level, unique flooring throughout, an open kitchen, appliances range/oven included, living room and dining area, great for entertaining family and friends, laundry room in the lower level, private master bedroom, and balcony.


This amazing one-bedroom plus loft unit is 1788 sq ft and has a second-floor bedroom with its own outdoor access, a very large loft plus a large bathroom with a double sink vanity, large tub, and walk-in shower!


The main floor is a completely open floor plan with a huge living area, beautiful staircase, and gorgeous kitchen with refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. It has a large half bathroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer hookups (gas).


Parking is $20/day extra.

Long Beach business trip
It was very nice and convenient. The door to the basement parking garage kept sticking, that was a nuisance. Otherwise everything was good.
