House, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6-7)

This beautiful ocean view 3 bed, 3 Bath, beach house has a large private yard and garden with everything you need for a perfect vacation.

Every bedroom has its own full bath. The home has a queen bed upstairs, a queen in second master and a single bed downstairs. The den flat screen TV has full cable with HBO/Showtime, HDTV, and a Wii, and CD, DVD player, as well as wireless internet. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and everything you need to make a full dinner. The upstairs bedroom has a gas fireplace, and a fully furnished balcony with ocean view. The master bath is your private spa.

The dining room seats 6, is modern with venetian plaster walls, and has beautiful artwork.

The backyard has a hot shower, new BBQ, dining area and rear shaded deck overlooking a garden, outdoor stereo speakers, twinkle lights, and also a vegetable garden.

This beautiful, peaceful, quiet house will leave you not wanting to go home. It's close to one of the best beaches in California, and so close to Sea World that you can see the fireworks every night at 9:00.

The wood floors and artistic touches make you feel at home and well cared for. We have everything you need for an ideal summer getaway.

Our property is a private home which we make available as a vacation rental to responsible guests. It is not a party house. We request visitors observe quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am. Persons under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS.

About The Owner

I'm an artist, and teacher. We love to surf, and make our homes beautiful places to visit. We love to cook, and make the world a better place.

Why The Owner chose Pacific Beach

This location is amazing because the best surfing beach is 7 blocks, and our favorite seafood restaurant is 3 blocks, and if you like to lay on the beach it's the best place in San Diego. This location is a quiet refuge in the middle of everything, and is close to La Jolla, Sea World, and the freeways. Downtown is just a few short miles, and the airport is a 15 minute drive.

What makes this house unique

I love to sit on the balcony and watch the sun set, and I love to cook with the garden vegetables. This house is a unique home, and has everything that makes us feel like we are always on vacation. The yard is beautiful, and a great place to sit and have a glass of wine or play with the kids. The house has a great library of books, and DVD's. If you like to cook or BBQ you have everything you need including fresh garden herbs. This is a very safe quiet neighborhood, with great neighbors.

We had so much fun and the neighborhood is one of the nicer places in Pacific Beach. They had enough bikes for us, and they even had cold beer waiting in the fridge. We will be back for sure.

I rented this house over the July 4th weekend to celebrate a big birthday and my group couldn't have had a better experience. The house was in a great neighborhood close to the beach, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The highlights of the house are the great deck off the upstairs master bedroom and the backyard that is perfect for grilling and dining al fresco after a day at the beach! We also had a great experience with the owner who really went out of her way to make sure that we had a great time and everything we needed. We'll definitely be back again!

Nice house and great landlord

This house is very nice! I never had any problems parking, and the beach is a jog away. North Pacific Beach is quiet and the guest book was very helpful for directions and places to eat. They have a everything you could possibly want and the view deck, and yard are five star. I will be back for sure, and I mean every year. Love this place!!
