This gorgeous home located in the lovely and whimsical Travis Heights neighborhood is in the heart of Austin. Conveniently located just a few blocks from South Congress Avenue 'SoCo', where you will find eclectic shops, unique restaurants and the famous Continental Club. Close to everything that is truly unique to Austin. Only a mile and 1/2 from downtown and a quick 10 minute drive from the airport.

The house is fully furnished with i king, 1queen, 1full beds and all the amenities. Two outdoor decks and lounge areas. A fully equipped kitchen. 56' flat screen tv with, Netflix, Pandora etc. Two working gas fireplaces, with a private patio off the master bedroom.

The house is very spacious and ideal for up to 3 couples. Located at the top of a private drive surrounded by lush greenery and several hundred year old oak trees. This is the perfect place to stay to enjoy all the amenities of Austin as the city comes alive for SXSW...

We would love to help you plan your trip to Austin. Make arrangements for transportation to and from the airport. And will be available by phone or text for any concierges services to help you make the most of your stay. The Best Rental experience

This is a great house. It is immaculately clean and has everything you need to settle right in. All rooms are spacious. The location could not be better, a three minute walk to the heart of So/Co, one mile from the trails at Lady Bird Lake and less than two miles from the Capital.

The best part of this house is the fantastic service provided by Josh, the property manager. He answered all of our questions before our arrival. He picked up our daughter from the airport when she arrived before us and had balloons, a fruit basket, candy, card and birthday brownie awaiting her in the house. On Sunday, he brought by the paper and some bottled water. He also provided us with spot on recommendations for restaurants and bars and directed us to other points of interest.

If you are looking for a three bedroom house in a great neighborhood in a perfect part of town with the best manager, rent this property!

Josh was amazing, totally looked after us all and the house was perfect for our first trip to SXSW. It was close to great restaurants and spacious and clean. On waking up Friday morning Josh met me at the house made me a delicious espresso followed by a tour of the Austin to get my whereabouts. We'll definitely be coming back!
