4 Bedroom, 3 bathroom home with pool, parking and room to relax.

Lovely, spacious and luxury villa situated in peaceful Trafalgar Village offering great resort facilities, hiking trails, a man-made beach and volleyball.

The home offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room. There is a large covered area for outdoor meals and a heated pool and spa.

This beautifully decorated home has a king master with ensuite full bathroom with double vanities and large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed while the thrid and fourth bedrooms has twin beds. There is a family bathroom with shower over the bath and a third bathroom with a large shower. The rooms come complete with all linens and towels. There are televisions in all the bedrooms.

The kitchen comes equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, large oven, microwave and breakfast island. Small appliances are also available and all cookware, cutlery and tableware is available. There is seating for six at the large glass dining room table which offers an open plan to the lounge. The lounge opens to the patio and heated pool, which is equipped with a safety screen.

The utility room has a large washer and dryer and gives access to the garage and additional parking at the back of the house. WiFi is available throughout the home.

Trafalgar Village is a superbly located tourist destination in the heart of Central Florida. It is an upscale gated vacation resort community based around luscious woodlands and lakes, just a few miles from the Walt Disney World theme parks. the village combines a blend of stylish town-homes and executive single family properties with landscaped gardens, front porches and private swimming pools.

There is a luxurious club house with amenities that include a man-made beach and lagoon, ponds, billiards and arcade room, a 48 seat movie theater, fitness room, business center and swimming pool, together with walking paths, jogging trails, children's play area and more.

The house is furthermore located close to all major tourist attractions Orlando has to offer - Disney Parks, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, International Drive. There are numerouse restaurants, dinner shows and shops to enjoy - all within 15 minutes drive.

The beach is an hour away - Cocoa or Daytona - whichever you prefer! Tampa is 90 minutes away where you can enjoy Busch Gardens.
