Less than 1 mile to West Dennis beach or a quick 2 minute walk to a private deeded beach on Bass River. Home offers a large private yard, patio, enclosed outdoor shower, and large deck. Well equipped kitchen. Two flat screen televisions (46 and 50 inches) are provided for your enjoyment, one on each level. Other amenities include wireless internet, blue ray, washer, dryer, dishwasher and additional fridge on the lower level. Two window a/c's.

This house was perfect as we brought relatives together for Thanksgiving. Everything was clean and fresh and appears to have been completely updated; i.e. new appliances, freshly painted walls, new floors, back deck, and a beautifully landscaped yard. The spacious kitchen had everything we needed. Each bedroom had fresh linens, with the comforters and decor matching the room colors. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures.

It was an easy walk to the water, great for walking off a Thanksgiving feast. Even with 9 people in the house we never felt crowded as this house had plenty of room. Having two family rooms allowed us to split the group into those who wanted to watch the football game and those who did not... November isn't the best time to enjoy the outdoor shower or the new patio but we hope to get back again to enjoy the inside and outside of this property.

We would recommend this property.

Great family vacation home!

We recently spent a mini vacation at at this property. Our family loves this part of the Cape. This property is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just moments away from many wonderful Dennis favorites such as, charming shops, delicious restaurants and multiple family beaches. This home had an abundance of amenities! We found the beds to be extremely comfortable and each room had its' own charm. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There is plenty of separate space for adults and children. We were pleasantly surprised to find this house had been completely renovated giving it a feeling of being clean, fresh and filled with many new appliances. The weather was not warm enough to sit out in the beautiful back yard which is perfect for bbq's and entertaining. Wanting to get outside, we bundled up and walked to the private beach. Then on a slightly warmer day we walked to West Dennis Beach. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning in August!
