3400 Sq Ft 4.5 Bdrm House With Heated Pool On 5 Acres 15 Minutes From Beach

Overwhelming comfort and charm distinguish this elegant country home with 55 ft. Victorian front porch situated on a 5-acre private estate with 40 ft pond & fountain, 30-ft heated pool with salt filtration (not chlorine) and automatic perimeter lighting, 550 sq ft covered back patio for year-round entertaining. Home features 4.5 bedrooms (3.5 bathrooms), including 500 sq ft master bedroom suite with private dressing & sitting room. On the grounds, there is a fully equipped 2-story “New England” style 7-horse stable & barn. Property is 15 minutes from downtown Naples and 15 minutes to the beach.

About K.C. Schulberg

I am an American film producer, living between Europe and the United States. I have a film in preparation in the Naples area, which is part of what brought me to buy (and renovate) a house in this fair city. Having visited SW Florida a number of times, I was always impressed by the sheer beauty of the Naples area and the friendliness of the residents. I have (in the last 5 months) now seen how classy, fun and international the city of Naples is.

I saw this house in July of last year and immediately fell in love with it, though it was in rough shape. The basic lines of the house were great and it was on a huge property, near beaches and downtown. I could see the potential, which I am now achieving. It is so enjoyable. A great haven of tranquility, but just steps away from anything you need.

What makes this house unique

This spacious, easy living home has all modern amenities, including state of the art stainless appliances and granite kitchen. It is one of the most pleasant houses I've known. Whether entertaining for 6, 20 or 100, whether preparing a barbecue for friends around the pool, or a family reunion, this warm elegant home can easily accommodate you. And there is almost limitless property to explore, including a one-acre horse pasture, one acre wild tropical forest and the front of the house with its attractive lagoon-like pond and water feature. Truly the perfect getaway house. And the weather in Naples can't be beat. When the rest of the country (including Georgia, and North Florida) is under freezing temperatures, we continue to enjoy 70 and 80 degree weather!
