3 Bedroom, 1 Bath With Fantastic Lake Views

Enjoy your vacation on the lake, at one of the nearby theme or water parks, or on a golf course in this spacious two story 'cottage'. The two upstairs bedrooms are very large with a queen size bed in one and two twin beds and a day bed in the other. Each bedroom features 9 feet of windows overlooking the lake. Slip thru the sliding glass doors to the cantalevered deck and enjoy a cup of early morning coffee and a sunrise over the lake. The kitchen, living room and dining area are open concept with a clean view of the lake. Enjoy the gas fireplace in the evening or just sit on the large deck and enjoy the many activities taking place on the lake. It is a short walk to the private Association family beach.

About Dan Flannery

Karen and I are original 'Mainers' who grew up in 'The County' (Aroostook). We spent more than 20 years traveling around the country and Asia as Dan was a career Marine. We have lived in the Portland, Maine area since 1997 and have enjoyed our time at the 'camp' since we bought it in 2004. We now want to share the experience with others.

Why Dan Flannery chose Sebago Lake Basin

When we travel to the 'camp' (it is only 18 miles from our home) we feel like we are on vacation in a different time zone. The area is very quiet, the neighbors are friendly but private.

What makes this cottage unique

The sunrise view across the lake in the summer is spectacular. In the evening, the moon light reflecting off of the lake, typically sends a pathway of light on the water directly to the cottage.
