Apartment 125m ², decorated in regional style, hardwood floors, living room and dining area, balcony continuous for rooms, 2 rooms with two single beds and fitted wardrobes, one en suite with double bed and wardrobe, another suite minor , bathroom, kitchen with cabinets, refrigerator and stove 6 mouths, service area and 1 car attached car garage. Building simple and cozy, with only 7 floors and two apts per floor.

The apartment is located in Praia do Futuro, three blocks from the beach and the Vila Galé, 5 star hotel with excellent beach shack. Along the beach huts are Sunterra, Itapariká, Hawaii and known Chico Crab, all with good food and excellent infrastructure ..

Next to Av Dioguinho, which runs via the Praia do Futuro, and two blocks from Avenida Santos Dumont, the access road to the main districts of the city, Aldeota, Meireles, and Varjota City 2000, which are located at most restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets and banks. And yet, there are apartment is 10 minutes by car from the city Fortal, which is performed off-season carnival of Fortaleza, the famous Fortal.
