A charming split level, fully furnished, 2 bedroom house in the inner city area of Sydney.
Access to Sydney CBD (Town Hall or Queen Victoria Building) takes only 5 to 10 mins by bus or car (or you can even walk over the Anzac Bridge). There are many parks in the areas where you enjoy a refreshing morning walk.
Located only 2 minutes walk from the Rozelle village with many shops, cafes, wine bar, post office, bank, supermarket and transport, this house offers convenience, conviviality of neighbourhood, as well as tranquility.
Originally a 2 bedroom house, the ground floor bedroom has been transformed into a study. The ground floor of the house accomodates a study/guest room, the living area, and a dine-in kitchen. The house is extremely clean and freshly painted. Different floor surfaces for different areas: while the study room has a semi polished concrete floor, the flooring of the living area is a warm timber surface and the kitchen has a white terrazo finish.
The bathroom with internal laundry (front loader Bosch washing machine) is situated on the middle floor and opens to a timber sun deck. There is no electric dryer but a fresh and airy cloth line on the sun deck. A hair dryer is provided.
The master bedroom is on the top floor and accommodates lots of storage space.
The house comes fully furnished with bed linen, bath towels and bath mat, all kitchen ustensiles and ironing facilities. Some basic groceries are in the pantry to get you going. However, if you don't feel like cooking there are many healthy food providers on the main street (Darling Street) from which you can organise take-away food.
The house is fitted with gas heating for the winter months and portable fans for hot summer nights!
If you have a car for the duration of your stay with us just let us know and we will give you while you are staying at the house a visitor parking permit that will allow you to park the car in the street or area without worrying about time limits.
We accept pets in the property but we require to be advised at the time of booking.
Preferred check-in time is 2pm and check-out time 11am but we will try to accommodate your requirements when possible (no change-over on the day).

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Brigit's 1 bedroom cottage..so quiet and peaceful. The outdoor areas were great for meals at home and the shops and beautiful harbour walks are not far away. Thank you Brigit, we hope to return!
