This is my third time staying in a vacation home in the Big Bear area, and I must say that this was my favorite house/cabin. Victoria is very professional and quickly processed my reservation and promptly answered my myriad of questions. The home is well-taken care (nothing broken/non-functional, unlike a clogged sink I experienced at another cabin) of and very clean. Unlike other properties I had stayed at, Victoria makes sure that there are enough pillows, linens, and towels (this is especially nice!) for 8 people. The kitchen is great for cooking in, since it is wonderfully spacious and fully stocked. The other two properties I had previously stayed at had small, cramped kitchens which made cooking with more than 2 people at a time cumbersome. There was also ample parking for three cars (1 in the garage, 2 in the driveway/side of house). The location was also very convenient, close to both Snow Summit and Bear Mountain for those of you who like to snowboard/ski. Checking in and checking out was a breeze, with the keyless entry set-up (With other properties, we had to go to separate offices to pick up/drop off the key). All in all, an exceptional experience!
