Great Ocean Views from the living room and enclosed patio along with a large yard! This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home is ready to accommodate up to 9 guests and is the perfect getaway. Entering the home you will find a large open living room with hardwood floors, a breakfast bar, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the spacious living room you will find large windows going from about 2 ft high to the ceiling providing you views of Morro Rock to Cayucos. Finishing off the living room you will also find multiple reclining chairs, a 6 ft couch and a 32 inch flat screen TV.

Off the spacious living room you will find a fully enclosed patio with windows providing views north, south and east. This patio is a luxury in Morro Bay providing a wonderful viewing area to enjoy a sunset while being protected and warm.

Back inside on the living level you will find a Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed, 32 inch flat screen TV and a full bath with a tub. Downstairs you will find an array of sleeping accommodations. The first bedroom downstairs offers a King size bed, along with plenty of floor space for a single roll away bed that is located in the closet. (This is a real mattress and not a cheap folding one.) In the second bedroom you will find a double bed, a single bed, along with a single hide-a-way bed. Off of this bedroom is located the second bathroom with a shower.

Off the two downstairs bedrooms you will find a large grassy yard. Fully protected this is a perfect place to let the kids run around or to have an afternoon BBQ after spending the day at the beach.
