Laying on Siena's countryside on gentle hills along the Via Francigena and minutes away from the famous towers of San Gimignano, noble and ancient houses form the Fattorie, a ancient and quiet village surrounded by 300 hectares of unspoiled nature. The whole village has been restored and it is a rural architectural heritage of pure Tuscan tradition. The Villa Bandellina is located in a secluded area of the estate around 1km from the reception building, accessed via the country lane which takes you through the vineyards and olive groves. A hedge separates villa Bandinella from another private villa ( listed as Villa Bandella ) At guests' disposal: The private pool (size 6x12 mt and deep 1,50 mt) open from the last week of April until the first week of October (weather permitting). Extra services: Services on request: extra cleaning, extra towels, full bed linen set. Breakfast and dinner are available on request in our restaurant located at the first floor of the reception (700 mt from the villa). In case you need extra space, a few hundred meters from the villa the owner can rent several apartments of different size (listed as PANCOLE). Distances: San Gimignano 5 km away, Certaldo 6 km, Siena approx. 40 km, Florence 55 km away. Free parking available in front of the villa. The access to villa Bandellina is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Ground floor: entrance, laundry room (washing machine and dryer), 1 toilet, spacious open plan living-dining room featuring a magnificent central fire place which divides the areas, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave. First floor: 3 double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom, 1 twin room also with en-suite facilites, and 1 master suite with French beds and en suite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. The grounds of the villa: landscaped garden, swimming pool, patio area with BBQ facility, and a garden table with chairs.
