I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was very unhelpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The code to the gate and that of the house were given to us in reverse order. So we had trouble getting into both. Due to our flight arriving late, when we finally gain access to the house, between midnight and 1 A.M. the manager had to take the code box apart to gain access to the key and when the door was opened it set off the alarm.
We did not get the house we were promised. We had two bathrooms instead of three There wasn't a games room as promised. The pool and both bathrooms were dirty and no pool man ever showed up. The manager, requested in cash, an additional $120 to turn on the heat to the pool.
PLEASE CHECK THE HOUSE WE WERE GIVEN AND THE DESCRIPTION OF WHAT WE WERE PROMISED.
One telephone in the master bedroom and none in the rest of the house. The manager promised on a number of occasions to bring wireless sets but failed to do so. He was friendly but not obliging. When questioned about the house being wrong he said he did not have the house we described, unit 3005281.The one shown in your advertisement.
You have a great location but the houses need a good cleaning especially the bathrooms and pools. I spoke with others and they were not happy either. My next door neighbour left early because he could not get things done in his place.
