Stonedam Island is a 112 acre Nature Preserve with walking trails. This lovely home with gorgeous gardens and a wonderful lake area is right on Lake Winnipesaukee. There is a sandy beach with a swim raft, and the dock has whips and will accommodate a 22 foot boat. Lovely sloping yard down to the lake and beach area. This owner provides a kayak and a canoe for your use. There is a screened porch that you can enter from inside the house, from the deck or from the front of the house. The deck has great seating areas, and there is a stone patio under the porch for getting out of the sun and reading a good book. This property is so comfortable and calming you will never want to leave! Located off of a quiet dirt road, this lovely remodeled home offers 3 bedrooms and sleeping for 10. On the main floor is the master bedroom and bath, with a queen bed and walk in closet. Great views right from bed! The lower level has a bedroom with a double and shares a full bathroom with the other bedroom that has a double bed and a bunkbed with a twin over a double. The lower level also has a living area with tv. On the main floor is the livingroom, dining area and gourmet kitchen. Again, amazing views! Upstairs is the loft and office area.
