Swiss Alp Sunshine is located to one side of Park City Mountain Resort and across the street from the Park City Municipal Golf Course. The Chairlift is just above the complex and is accessed via funicular lift and private ski trail. This triple chairlift provides seasonal access to and from all the ski runs at Park City Mountain Resort, and is the quickest way to the best upper mountain and back bowl skiing. The Courtesy Shuttle is available to take all guests to Park City Mountain Resort's base village. The main complex offers guests a small workout room, outdoor pool and common hot tub.

With nearly 4,000 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room for the whole family - or even two families. The home's four levels begin downstairs with a media room, an ideal setting for kids or family entertainment, and a king bedroom; the second level boasts the living room with fireplace, dining room and gourmet kitchen; the remaining three bedrooms are spread out on the two upper levels. An elevator joins all four levels for your convenience. Swiss Alp Sunshine is located adjacent to the funicular for quick access to the lift.
