This elegant Penthouse 70sqm apartment with terrace is located in Via Madonna del Riposo in Aurelio area near Vatican: a residential area, quiet and peaceful.

The apartment is at 5th floor with elevator in an elegant building and consists of a wide living room with 2 sofa bed (), a table for 6-8 guests, a 32' Fully digital LED tv, 1 bedroom with a king size bed (sleep 2), a wide wardrobe, 2 super comfy roll out sofa bed in the living room( sleeping 2+2 guests -1 movement and the bed rollsout with no pilow to remove), 1 fully furnished kitchen with 4 point gas stove,oven,fridge and freezer, dishwasher and microwave, coffee maker. 1 bathroom with shower.

Free wifi and a beautiful terrace!

All windows are double glassed !

Features Centralized windows, Air conditioning, Iron + Board, Washing machine, Dish Washer, Fully equipped kitchen, DVD player, hairdryer, drying rack, fresh linen 7 towels.

Villa Carpegna park is only 100 meter away..and Villa Panphili park 1 km away ..there you can walk or jog , read a book and relax under the trees.

Closest Metro line A stop 'Baldo degli Ubaldi' is 300 meters away and you can reach Vatican in 10 minutes and Spanish step in 15 minutes. Several buses link to get to S.Peter and Vatican in 15 minutes.

Perfectly Peaceful Penthouse

Our family of six stayed in Rome at this location for several days during April 2013. We were met at the corner by David who showed us to the apartment and helped us to get settled. He even walked us around the neighborhood to find a grocery story and good restaurants. He warmly welcomed us and we were made to feel like family. We loved the accommodation too. When the two couches were pulled out for our four children it was a bit tight, but it was well worth it for the location on the top floor. Eating breakfast on the patio and having wine at sundown was an unforgettable experience. We were thrilled to have a washing machine, but since there is no dryer you will need to hang your clothes on the racks provided. Overall we loved the apartment and would definitely stay there again!

The appartment was very clean, renovated and equipped with new furniture. The appartment was on the fith and last floor of a residential flat. During the night it was quite, no noise from the street. You do not have the impression to be in an anonymous apartment for rent, but rather at home with someone. We felt immediately comfortable. The terrace was wonderful for having breakfast. The kitchen was fully equiped and a good supermarket is just in front of the house. There are also several bars that offer breakfast as well as a good restaurant that mainly serves fish (try the mixed antipasti). The next metro station is 6 minutes away by foot. David is a very friendly person who explains in detail the appartment at arrival and is also available during the stay. Overall, I recommend the appartment for people who are searching a comfortable stay in Rome.

Live like a Roman

The apartment was spacious, clean and well decorated with good facilities.The free wf-fi was great. David the owner was most helpful. Although the apartment was a fair way out of the city centre in a typical Roman neighbourhood, the metro is close by as are several bus stops. Some good coffee bars and restaurants in the locality too.
I would use the apartment again, no problem.
