This single family home, right down the street from the lake and the heart of Union Pier, is a great retreat for the family to spend some summer days. As you can see, the house was just renovated in the winter of 2012 and will feel like walking into a new home. Bright, vibrant colors and new furnishings make it feel warm and cozy to spend some time.

The home is on a single floor and has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Off the back of the house, there is a great deck for entertaining and the back yard has plenty of space for playing. It is approx. 7/10 a mile to walk to a great beach in Union Pier and half that distance will get you to Milda's corner market and the Casual Chef - local favorites.
