Our Villa Endless Summer is a house southwest of Cape Coral directly on Britannia Lake with sea access. This spacious domicile (over 360 m2 of living space!) was completely renovated and has modern furnishing. Open fireplace and large fridge w/ice maker.

All bedrooms w/LCD TVs. In the living room and master bedroom, there are flat screen TVs with Blue-Ray players and surround system. Additionally, an indoor and outdoor stereo system, where you can plug in your iPod.

Large beds and fantastic views of the lake where you can see fish, dolphins, manatees and others depending on the season.

The house is equipped with all amenities, gas grill, WLAN, printer and free long distance in network to Germany, USA, Canada or UK. Our house management on site speaks German and English.

We are flexible with your arrival and departure times.

Rest and relaxation: In our house you will find the required rest and relaxation. Through the large living space of more than 360 m2 on two levels, you can also create enough personal room. For children, there is a building table, a Publix supermarket 5 min. away. On request, we can get you a boat rental as well. By boat from the dock you can easily reach the sea in 20 minutes. During the evening, open the large terrace door and enjoy the view, or play a round of billiards, read a book under the tiki hut, watch the sunset and stars, listen to music, swim in the illuminated pool or just do nothing. In the outdoor area, there is also a large table for 8 people and altogether 6 loungers and different chairs and enough large towels.

Questions can be answered on site by our manager, during check in everything will be explained in detail so that you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday.

Southwest you will find the islands of Sanibel and Captiva Island with their dream beaches directly in front of the door and can be quickly reached by boat and car. Cape Coral attracts through its many canals and the Gulf of Mexico - a paradise for boaters and water sport lovers. A lot of restaurants, entertainment and a lot of shopping facilities - including the nearby outlet malls - like Miromar Outlets and Tanger Outlets - round off the image of the perfect holiday for the entire family. The Sunsplash Family Waterpark, the Imaginarium in Fort Myers and Naples Zoo are examples of entertainment options for families. Disney World and Orlando can be reached within 3 driving hours.

Nature lovers will find everything in Sanibel's Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge (super canoeing).

I love this house!

What a great place to relax. We saw a dolphin, stingrays and an assortment of fish in the lake. We went to Clearwater, Sanibel Island, Ft Myers Beach and our favorite beach Siesta Key. We saw the Phillies beat the Yankees and had great food at many different restaurants. Thank you for sharing your home with us it was an amazing two weeks, the house is beautiful.

We had a fantastic week here and very relaxing after having the previous week in Orlando doing the theme parks. The house is very high spec and backing onto a lake creates a great setting. Spent a reasonable amount of time at the property just chilling out by the pool or using the canoe provided for trips round the rivers. Went to the beaches on Sanibel island a number of times and spent most evenings at the local marina eating out or coffee and icecreams at the coffee house there. Hired a boat and skipper one day which we would recommend. The kids loved watching the dolphins playing in the wake from the boat and stopping at the beach for snorkelling. Local manager of the property, Juergen was excellent and very helpful. A great base for a relaxing holiday but with enough to keep the kids amused.

Das Ferienhaus gefiel und übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Besonders angetan waren wir von der Lage am See, der Großzügigkeit der Räumlichkeiten und dem gepflegten modernen Ambiente. Für die freundliche Unterstützung durch die Vermieten danken wir; es war aber nicht schwer, sich im Haus und in der Umgebung einzuleben und zurechtzufinden. Duch den Pool und die Austattung der Terrasse fühlten wir uns so wohl, dass die Familie keine Lust auf lange Ausflüge, verbunden mit stundenlangen Autofahrten etc. verspürte. Insofern können wir keine weiteren Auskünfte zur Erreichbarkeit, dem Erlebnisfaktor der Freizeitpark´s und -möglichkeiten geben. Der Tagesausflug per Mietboot mit Start am Hafen in Cape Coral nach Cabbay Key war unser persönlicher Höhepunkt. Delphine und exotische Vögel in freier Wildbahn zu sichten und zu erleben entsprach eher unserem Traum von Florida. Wir würden jeder Zeit gern wieder zu Gast sein dürfen.
