This Open Plan Ground Floor 2 bedroom apartment has been Styled to a very modern Contemporary Look,

It has an unusual feature, that it is totally open plan and was a design feature from new.

Only a handful of 2 bedroom apartments have this feature and it was an optional extra when the Building/Development was being built,

but makes a huge difference to a normal/standard 2 bedroom apartment in Nueva Ibiza.

Living/Dining Room:

The spacious open plan lounge area features patio doors leading onto a large garden facing terrace, and boasts a flat screen television and DVD player. The apartment also has satellite TV and high-speed internet. There is a dining area to seat 4 persons.

Bedrooms:

Both bedrooms are a good size and decorated to a high standard. The master bedroom has an en-suite, king size bed, and fitted wardrobes. Sliding doors give access to the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be combined to make a double, and fitted wardrobes.

Bathrooms:

The limestone tiled bathrooms are both modern and stylish. The en-suite bathroom has a bath/shower, contemporary glass sink, w/c and bidet. The second bathroom has a shower, porcelain sink and w/c.

Kitchen:

The contemporary kitchen, is equipped with all modern

appliances, including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. It also features access to a small terrace ideal for drying clothing.

We are the owners of the apartment. We have been coming to Ibiza for many years. We were drawn by the island's tranquil beaches, hedonistic nightlife and overall vibe, that makes Ibiza, one of the best destinations in the world.

Steven and Eva purchased this apartment in 2006

We loved the location of this property. Marina Botafoc is beautiful with an excellent selection of restaurants and bars. To stroll around the marina, and see the luxury yachts, is a pleasant and relaxing way to spend an evening, yet with the buzz of Ibiza Town just a few minutes away by water taxi. For us, the location is just perfect. We enjoy the shops and market in Ibiza town and felt the apartment was not too far away from everything we love on the island.

We bought this property, after many years of visiting the island, and falling in love with it. When the plans of this development came up, we both thought the location, design and setting were perfect. The exclusivity of the complex with its tranquil gardens and quiet setting, make it a 'world away' from the hedonistic nightlife. The apartment has walking distance options to the marina, shops, restaurants and the beach. Day-times can be spent on Talamanca beach, and and the evenings can be spent having dinner, trying your luck in the casino, or dancing into the early hours.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

We booked this apartment only days before we were arriving as it was a last minute decision to get away in the half term. The owner was very helpful and efficient. The lady who met us when we arrived was also very organised and friendly, she even arranged our taxi to the airport on our last day. The location is great as it is accessible to the beach, the Town and the new marina area. You do not necessarily need a car as there is lots to do without one. The building was smart and the apartment clean and modern fittings in the bathroom and kitchen make such a difference. A comfortable place to relax in with a big patio area too. Being on the ground floor was really convenient and it felt extremely safe and secure for us. We went with our two children aged 6 and 8, the wifi was really useful for gadgets and to be able to do a little bit of work too. I wouldn't hesitate to come back with either friends or family and will definitely recommend this to anyone I know planning a trip to Ibiza. Thank you Steven and Nikki!

FANTASTIC APARTMENT. BEST LOCATION ON THE ISLAND

We spent the whole of August in this apartment and loved very minute. This was our 5th time in Nueva Ibiza and Steve's apartment had everything we needed for an amazing family holiday. Clean, modern decor, all mod cons. Wifi which was essential for me and the kids.
The pool area is safe, secure (i.e. they can't escape) and they made plenty of new friends.
Talamanca is 5 mins away and seems to get better year by year. The marina is also walking distance and is fantastic for restaurants, bars or just people watching. Ibiza town is a short ferry ride away.

ACE APARTMENT IN A FABULOUS LOCATION

The well equipped apartment is in a fantastic location with easy access to the beach, the marina (which houses some totally off-the-scale boats...worth a visit just to marvel at how much money some folk actually have!) Ibiza Old Town and, of course, Pacha.

We were away with our 21 month old daughter and the apartment was perfect for our needs in that she had her own air conditioned bedroom, lots of room to run about and a DVD player so she could watch her beloved Barney DVD (one to avoid for any sane adult). Steve the owner was very good at responding quickly to all queries and organised a travel cot for us at no extra cost. Also, the couple who manage the apartment on Steve's behalf were extremely helpful and accommodating.

We loved the swimming pool which had a great mix of locals and holiday makers, the comfy sun loungers, the shaded area and the baby pool was perfect for our daughter.

We have visited Ibiza extensively and would have to say that Talamanca is a lovely area to stay in. There are some great restaurants on the beach (check out the pizza place for a reasonably priced meal in a lovely setting) and the beach itself is still really lively even at around 8:30pm with people catching the last few rays of sunshine.

All in all, we would highly recommend this apartment and hope to revisit it ourselves in the not too distant future.

THE PERFECT PLACE - GREAT STAY

We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. It had everything we could have wished for. It was clean and bright, furnished tastefully, and the location was great. It was within walking distance of so many places, although we hired a car, to venture all over the island, we didn’t necessarily need one. Talamanca beach was at the end of the road, within a short walking distance. It is a sandy beach, with shallow waters, which had a great atmosphere, with some good restaurants. Botofoch Marina was just at the end of the walkway, which had some beautiful boats to look at, some good restaurants and was a great place to go any time of day. There were a few places nearby to eat, a sushi restaurant and a couple of restaurants/cafes serving good breakfasts and juices close by. Pacha Hotel was close, which has a nice bar, and the Pacha club was about 8 minutes walking distance. There was a Blue Marlin Restaurant, apparently newly opened just near the Casino in the next road. Ibiza town takes just ten minutes to walk to, or you can take a taxi and be there in just two.

All these great places were so close and yet the apartment was secluded within its own gardens with pool, and amazingly quiet. The apartment was situated on the ground floor so you can walk direct to the pool through the gardens, and there was a shaded area for some of the sun-loungers. The pool and gardens were clean and well-maintained, with security, as was the apartment. Everything was explained on check-in by the apartment manager, so we were shown how everything worked.

We had a great time staying in this apartment and would definitely return again next summer - or maybe at the end of this one…and would recommend to all.

A REAL GEM!!!

A wonderful modern apartment, fully equipped, furnished to a high standard and located in a quiet, desirable area with plenty to do around the vicinity.

Pacha 10 minutes away, Beach & Marina 5 minutes away. Great selection of restaurants serving a variety of some very tasty food.

The owner's are a real pleasure to deal with, very friendly and willing to facilitate.

Definitely book again and would highly recommend!!!

FANTASTIC MODERN APARTMENT - GREAT LOCATION!!

I stayed at this wonderful apartment for a week in October. It is decorated to a very high standard with all modern appliances, it feels like home.
The complex is set in a great location, close to Talamanca beach and the buzzy atmosphere of Marina Botofoc is just a few minutes walk away. This place is an ideal base for couples, friends and families, I will definitely be returning.
