Located on the 7th floor facing South, this unit provides a breath taking view of the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of Florida's emerald coast..

Pinnacle Port C1 701, a gulf front community with many activities to keep your family busy. The large pool is attached to the tower building and offers a roof over half of the pool. This pool is heated in the winter months to a comfortable 82 degrees. A smaller pool is across the parking lot from the midrise buildings. Four tennis courts give you the ability to hit balls when the air cools off in the evenings. Four shuffleboard courts may be used to see who can get the best score. Outdoor grilling is done in the one of the two picnic areas where the charcoal grills are provided. For all your refreshment needs the Cabana Cafe is located on the large pool deck. They serve anything from your favorite ice cream to homecooked cheeseburgers.

A colorful children’s playground is located on the west end of property. Saunas located in the ground floor of the tower building are separate for men and women. Bring your laptop and use the wireless hot spot in the tower building. Enjoy daily gym use in our Panama City Beach FL’s exercise room which is open for use by those over the age of 16.

One of the best amenities is the natural 880 acre Lake Powell. At the rental office, you can rent canoes, kayaks, and a paddleboat for use on the lake. A marina and boat slips are also accessible for Pinnacle Port guests. Docks allow for some very good fishing. (Make sure you get your Florida fishing license!) . Everyone will feel safe with a 24/7 guard gate and patrolling security guards.

Location Great, Condo very disappointing

1. Internet - Internet is listed under general amenities for this condo. After we had made our final payment I received a note from the owner which stated that there was no WIFI in the condo, but that it was available in the main lobby. I assumed that there would still be an ether-net connection in the condo. The only internet available is in another building about a 10 minute walk from the condo. The area designated for internet use is public and usually noisy, and can also be used for other activities such as wood-carving. I use Skype for all my telephone requirements when I travel which became very inconvenient to impossible here. Had I known this beforehand I definitely would not have booked this condo.
2. At every other place we have rented, the was always a binder or folder with information regarding the amenities and owners instructions for the unit. Here there was nothing. (Garbage disposal, recycle, departing instructions, etc.) There is a working telephone for local calls only, which is great, however, there was nothing in the condo which gave us the number. I found I could get it from the gatehouse a few days after we arrived.
3. We had no heat the night we arrived, and the outside temp was 43 F. It took 2 days for us to get that repaired.
4. This is the most poorly equipped condo we have ever rented. No coffee pot, can opener, dish cloths, dish towels, oven mitts, floor mop, dish soap or other cleaning supplies. 2 king sized pillows were stained and had no pillowcases, so we couldn't use them. Inadequate amounts of eating utensils. The frying pans non-stick coatings were peeling making them unusable.
5. The smoke odor in this unit is not the result of a neighbor, the main bathroom has been used as a smoking room for a prolonged period and reeks to the extent that we could not use it.
The carpets are filthy and in dire need of replacement.
6. The mattress in the second bedroom is the most uncomfortable we have ever experienced anywhere and I have spent over 4000 nights in hotel rooms in my lifetime.

We would first like to state that our condo is very nice and has an excellent location. It is located in the C building which is the only building at the complex that offers gulf front views, making it highly coveted. We take pride not only in our properties, but in our customer service as our guests are our number one priority. Without our guests, we would not have a business. We recognize this and work hard to ensure our guests comfort and happiness.

In regards to your review. We would like to state that there is no internet in this particular unit and there never has been. If for some reason there was confusion in our listing regarding the internet we do apologize. We are typically very clear and discuss long term or snowbird rentals in depth with our guests before a booking is made and or before arrival. Upon your arrival you indicated to Mr. West that there were certain things that were needed in the unit, and certain things that did not meet with your approval, particularly kitchen items. Mr. West did everything to accommodate your needs including purchasing a new coffee pot as well as other kitchen items for the condo. Mr. West also answered any questions that you had about the unit in depth as well as worked with you during the entirety of you stay. Pertaining to supplies, an initial supply of cleaning supplies and soaps were available for use. It is up to our guests to provide anything past the initial stock and this is particularly true for our long term guests as unfortunately, we cannot keep the unit stocked during the entire stay and every family has varying needs. We would like to state that we do list all vital unit information in the check in email and booking agreement. We do admit that a binder in the condo with information pertaining to the unit or local activities/restaurants would be handy and this is something that we as a team are working towards having for all of our units this year. Thank you for pointing that out, we agree that it is a great resource. Please note that this unit has never been a smoking unit until July 2014 . We agree that the carpets are dated and would like to state that we have plans to replace them late summer 2014. We are sorry for any problems during your stay.

My husband & I recently stayed at this condo & found it to be very nice, comfortable & had everything that we needed. The only negative comment that I have is that the master shower needs updating as the shower doors did not work very well. Otherwise, the view is outstanding, cool air, master bed was very comfortable. Would definately stay here again. One more thing, William (works for the rental co) was awesome. He took care of an issue that we had immediately, went & bought us hangers & was extremely helpful giving us his cell# & said to call if any problems. Thanks
