Welcome to Hog Heaven! The perfect East Hampton getaway!
Bright and airy three bedroom, two bath saltbox close to Three Mile Harbor. The professionally landscaped property features in ground, heated pool, a private fenced in back yard, and sun drenched multi-level deck with a brand new BBQ. An enclosed outdoor shower and brick patio round out the exterior.
The inside gets plenty of sunshine and you'll find a large eat-in kitchen, wood burning fireplace, and beautifully appointed furnishings. We provide a big screen TV with cable service, wi-fi internet access, phone with free long distance and Xbox as part of the package. The basement was just re-finished, and is a great playroom for rainy days, and home office with printer and scanner.
This is a wonderful house for beach lovers, you're just a short drive from Village, Town and Maidstone beaches, as well as all the shopping and restaurants in the Village of East Hampton.
Hog Heaven is a wonderful escape from the frenzy of NYC, go for a bike ride, a sunset walk on the beach, or just feel the grass between your toes in the back yard.
Our children and dog (yes! we're a dog friendly house!) love to spend time here, and you will too!

My wife and I love the beach, we met in Fire Island and have always enjoyed Long Island beaches. We have two young children and a dog, and of course they travel with us whenever we visit Hog Heaven. We take great pride in our home, and having rented several beach houses in the past, have a good idea of what travelers are looking for. This isn't just an investment for us, its a place we go to relax, so we want our guests to be as comfortable as we are when they visit.
We love Fire Island but wanted a year round property with a pool (two things which are not typical to Fire Island houses). My father has a house in the Springs area of East Hampton and we've always loved the area. When we saw Hog Heaven we knew it was the house for us, and we couldn't be happier with our choice of home.
Hog Heaven is on a nice quiet block, which forms a loop and so has no outlet, making it more or less a dead end street. With no through traffic, and a family oriented neighborhood, its a wonderful place for children to play and be safe.
The backyard and deck gets amazing sunlight all day, and its quite relaxing to lay in the sun with a drink, or have a nice meal outside under the umbrella or in the hammock. We love to BBQ and eat most of our meals outside in the nice weather.
