External Area I: Pool deck and in harmony with the remaining area fully grassed and landscaped gardens, capacity for 2 cars in the pergola, 1 kiosk with barbecue, toilet and chuveirão. External Area II: Dependency for employees kitinet type (Cup quarter-kitchen-private toilet), complete laundry. Internal Area: (FIRST FLOOR) 3 and suites complete with large ceiling fans and air conditioning. Linving 1 and 1 lunch and dinner room, 1 air-conditioned office, large kitchen, laundry area and pantry and 2 balconies front. Notes: The property was not suitable for wheelchair users, although the rooms are spacious ground floors and the bathrooms are spacious. The only incoviniente floor are two steps that limit the living room. The balconies are large. The kitchen is complete. There is a good pantry with shelves and door. There is also a supplement with sink and countertop, next to the pantry. You will be provided a resource that meets the needs of this material keeps cooking.
