Located in Luxurious Dove Mountain, home of the New Ritz Carlton, PGA Accenture golf tournament, and world class golf courses, this LARGE LOT property backs up to fabulous desert landscape with pool/jacuzzi views of the Tortolita mountains. GREAT HIKING right out of the backyard gate. Conveniently located not far from the I-10 and Tangerine and I-10 and Twin Peaks Rd, this home is nestled in a wonderful quiet neighborhood, The Bluffs.

NEW POOL/JACUZZI FINISHED AUGUST 2011 WITH INCREDIBLE VIEWS OF THE MOUNTAINS AND DESERT.

Marana is located on the northern outskirts of TUCSON proper.

Other area attractions in the TUCSON area include the well-known University of Arizona , Historical downtown Tucson, Rancho Vistoso, Stone Canyon, Oro Valley, other golf/spa resort destinations like El Conquistador and Loews Ventana Canyon. The University of Arizona Museum of Art located on the campus is approximately 20 miles away.

Fitness choices: The Gallery allows short term (minimum 3 months) to long term memberships and is a wonderful high end private fitness and spa located nearby. They do not allow repeat 3 month memberships from year to year unfortunately.

Other choices include Anytime Fitness which is less then 10 miles away and Gold's Gym, which is about 14 miles away.

  • The master suite contains a king bed, a large two sink vanity with a large jacuzzi tub, shower and huge closet and a sliding patio door that leads to the backyard; the second bedroom has a queen bed; bathroom is across hallway and has a tub/shower and plenty of counter space. The third room contains a queen bed with an in room bathroom that contains a shower and vanity but no bathtub. This home was recently purchased, remodeled, and has new beds, mattresses, towels, bedding, furniture and appliances. Beautiful art located throughout the house. A queen size aero bed is available for additional persons.

The great room contains a 46 inch hdtv with blu-ray, stereo receiver, two love seats, a square dining table and a three way fireplace that divides the room. wi fi is also present as is a house wide speaker system for enjoying music on the patio or in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 46 inch hdtv also. Recently added chaise lounge chair in the master, and a chair and a half with ottoman in the family room. Updated outdoor grill to stainless steel in Feb 2011. House is decorated with beautiful art, where collecting is a hobby of the owner. POOL/Jacuzzi finished August 2011

Exactly what we were looking for

We loved our time at this property. It was clean, well-kept. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was perfect for either a little or a lot of cooking. Pool & Spa were clean and well-maintained with fabulous mountain views and the "wilderness" out back. We got to watch a couple of javalenas 3 mornings. There were two bikes for some exercise (I'm 6'4" so the seat was a little short for me, but that was just a better workout. ;) The blender went out on us while making smoothies but after a text to Amber, a new one appeared the next morning.

Whenever we're in Tucson again, we will definitely be looking you guys up. Thanks for an enjoyable/affordable fantastic place to stay.

Absolutely Amazing Vacation Rental!

We could not be more grateful for our amazing vacation at this beautiful house rental!! We are five 20-30 year old woman that were looking to just get away from it all and relax... and that we did! We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home, the pictures don't do it justice. The views are incredible and the property was impeccably clean. It was very private and quiet. There is a Walgreens, grocery store and some cute restaurants within 5-10 min for anything you might need. We spent pretty much all of our time in the beautiful pool during the day and then relaxing at night in the hot tub. The stereo system throughout the house also goes out to the patio! The owner was wonderful and easy to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone! I guarantee you won't regret it!

Excellent owner and property!!!!!

We stayed for a week to attend a conference at the Ritz Dove Mountain.
Couldn't be happier, both the owner and property manager went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
The house and yard are beutiful and in excellent shape. The neighbourhood is very nice and well maintained. Amenities are close by.
The only down side is if you want to go to the mainpart of Tucson (4th ave, etc), it's a bit of drive (20-30 min depending on traffic).

FABULOUS!

What an incredible vacation home! The house was very clean. The master suite was huge. Very spacious house for privacy when more than one family is vacationing. There were even a few condiments and spices provided so we didn't have to buy them. After site seeing every day we relaxed in the hot tub under the stars - perfect ending to each day. Very nice grill for our steaks and potatoes one night. Also enjoyed the walking path for my morning runs. Throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this house whenever we are in Tucson again.

Two Month Winter Vacation

This home was everything that I expected. My family and I hves rented properties in the Marana/Oro Valley area for many years. This was the best stocked and any minor issues resolved very quickly. Our family would like to stay at this home in the future. The owner is very fresponse and really has a top notch rental unit!
