A 50% deposit is required at time of booking; entire payment due three weeks before rental. The rental fee will be refunded if the property can be rented again for the same time period. There is a $500 security deposit (this includes the $200 cleaning fee).

Changeover day is Saturday. Renters must be out by 11 a.m. The new renters can be in at 4 p.m.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
