At low tide, there is a private beach area on the sound; evenings on the spacious decks will provide amazing sunsets. About Michael Petrillo

Born In Wilmington DE and presently living in Kennett Square PA, I frequented the wonderful beaches of New Jersey and Delaware my entire life. It wasn't until I met my wife from Wrightsville Beach that I discovered this fabulous beach town that we someday will call home with our kids and grand kids.

Why Michael Petrillo chose Wrightsville Beach

My wife is from Wrightsville Beach and introduced me to this incredible place in 1985 claiming that it is 'the best beach and beach town on the entire east coast.' Well after visiting many, many beaches from Florida to Maine...she was right. We bought this property as our dream retirement home and will rent it until my business career ends and we are able to move down there full time. It is at the tail end of an extensive renovation that will truly make it one of the nicest homes on the Island.

What makes this house unique

Because of how narrow the south end of Wrightsville Beach is, you have the rare opportunity to be on the Sound waterfront yet only have a 200 yard walk to the beach...hence 'The Double Dipper.' The house has a vintage beach cottage feel that accommodates our large family and friends, has all modern amenities and three decks with views of the most amazing sunsets ever.
