Luxurious 8 BR Oceanfront Beach House

I wanted a special place to celebrate my partners 60th Birthday with her family. We needed a place close to an airport, close to NYC and CT. We saw Rose's place and sent an inquiry. Rose got back to us and wanted to speak with us. Just by talking with Rose we knew this was the place. Rose was so accommodating. She also worked with us and provided us with a catering place. The food was awesome. Rose's home is exactly as depicted in the pictures. The house is spacious yet definitely homey. If you are looking for a great place, great location and most importantly an owner who is gracious and accommodating, look no further! We highly recommend this home.

We had a group of 16 adults stay at this property from March 26, 2012 to April 2, 2012. The space was great for our large group. The kitchen is well equipped and include a under the counter wine refrigerator and another small refrigerator which was a great place to store water and extra beverages. We cooked breakfast each morning and a large meal almost every evening. Plenty of space for all cooks in this kitchen! Even though we had large group, it never felt crowded. The house is perfectly situated on a quiet street and the beach was perfect! The master bedroom in this house is amazing with its own fireplace and private bath with Jacuzzi tub. My husband, daughter, son-in-law, and I stayed on the 3rd floor of the property. A spiral staircase leads to the “upper room” which boasts 2 bedrooms with views of the ocean, 1 bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub, and its own living room with an extremely comfortable sectional and TV. Had a very nice view of the bay from private deck of this living room. We had a great stay at this wonderful property.
