Welcome to our Beach House! Custom built home with extra insulation for more privacy. Bright and cheerful kitchen makes cooking fun. Gas grill is right outside. Living area Downstair Alcove / 4th Bedroom House filled with natural light Master Bedroom with Zen Vibe :-) Master Bedroom Guest Room with small balcony and Queen size bed Guest Bedroom with Queen and small balcony. Twin beds in 3rd Bedroom Just a short walk to beautiful private beach. Enjoy the fresh sea air and the soft sand between your toes. Monterey Beach is a private beach :-) I love our Beach House! Family friendly neighborhood and beach. Benches at beach entrance to sit and watch the sunrise/sunsets and waves. Ice cream truck visits daily.
