This is one of the most colorful and comfortable homes in Burbank. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a media room. Designed by movie studio professionals, it combines high tech comforts with tex-mex, rustic charm. Family friendly, well cared for and easy to manage. This home offers a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, counter seating and a dining area. A large flat screen with surround sound in the media room offers all the comforts of home. Industrial grade, one of a kind fiber optic internet service offers the fastest download speeds available. Cable TV, internet radio and other audio media can be played in every room.

Plenty of backyard space for kids to have fun. Barbecue and seating area make it easy to enjoy the California weather.

Additional features include solar electric power, central air / heating, LED lighting and many other green features.

A separate 300 sqft movie theater / recording studio is available for an additional fee for working professionals interested in renting this home.
