We invite you to 'turn off to technology and turn on to nature' with our unique island opportunity. This perfect spot will give you time to reconnect in an unforgettable location.
From moonlit nights to morning loon calls, let this 'Little Paradise' surround you with bonding time. Sleeping 8-10 comfortably, this 4 bedroom home has a full kitchen and bath. A large living area and a screened-in porch with breathtaking views.
The large double boat house is located in a protected bay ideal for swimming and fishing or relaxing and watching the world go by! You will need your own boat to access this property but rentals are available nearby.
The Pearson Family purchased 'Etharial Island' in the mid 1940s and Grandmother Polly promptly renamed it 'Iwo Eden' as her 'Little Paradise'. In the mid 1970's C. Arthur and Judith Pearson replaced the old ice house and outhouse with the current home installing plumbing and electricity then spent the next 15 summers raising their 4 children as 'River Rats'. For the past 25 years, the fourth generation of children have continued to bond and love their time together on this island.
The Pearson/Bigelow Families have been sharing Iwo Eden for years. Many friends returned annually to watch their own children grow up. We want to continue to maintain and keep this property for you and others to enjoy with us.
Spectacular sunrises and sunsets which can never truely be captured. Quiet mornings with loon calls or star filled nights will entrance you just as they've captured our hearts. Take a look at some pictures and see for yourself!
This private island is in the middle of it all, yet off the main channels. Minutes from historic and beautiful Gananoque.
