There is a large lawn with plenty of room to roam. Bald eagles often visit our enormous cottonwood tree that is the namesake of our property. Deer, fox, wild turkeys, ducks, and geese stop by on occasion also to say hello! There is a sloping path leading to 500 ft. of private beachfront. The shallow water makes it the perfect location for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and jetskiing in the summer and ice fishing in the winter. You will also find that there are plenty of activities to keep you busy if you so choose within a short distance.
