Additional information about rental rates

Simple payment policy–for bookings made longer than 14 days prior to the check in date, 1/2 of the balance to be paid upon reservation by credit card. Remaining balance to be charged on the second monday prior to check-in. Other arrangements considered upon request.
Fees And Taxes We are registered with the City of Austin and the State of Texas to collect and pay the 15% hotel occupancy tax. We are up to code and in full compliance with the new short term rental regulations in Austin.
There is a $150 cleaning fee associated with each rental of this property.
Cancellation policy – you can cancel outside of 30 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full 100% refund of your reservation deposit. If you cancel inside 30 days (90 days for major festivals), you will be refunded 25%. Once we have charged your full balance on the second monday prior to your arrival you are responsible for the full amount unless we are able to rebook.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Soothing retreat!

I loved my stay at this house. It is modern and soothing. The master bedroom is incredibly comfortable. Toiletries are provided (next time I stay here, I won't waste space packing my own). I loved how close it is to quintessentially Austin places like Zilker Park, downtown, and some funky stores. The house was very clean and tidy- the professional cleaning service does a great job. The owners were very responsive when I had questions. I'll stay here every time I visit Austin.

This place is amazing. We were in town for New Years Eve and we didn't even want to leave the house or garden.

It's modern and you can definitely pick up on an Asian influence - but to us it was all Austin. The master bedroom, bath and deck upstairs were great (especially the shower with 2 shower heads and multiple shower nozzles. Nice.

The design and art books are a unique touch. We actually got some ideas to try out with our home design. You definitely feel like you've escaped into a peaceful oasis. We will be back!
