The property is located within the Four Seasons Resort in Mahogany Hill. Guests can use the Resort, Restaurants, beach and services. Fenced property with 7/24 security patrol. 2 large master bedrooms and 3 more double bedrooms. 4 bathrooms + powder room. 2 large livingrooms, 4 flatscreen TV's on cable.

Large kitchen, fully equipped for large social functions.

The roofed verandah is faced north, which means it is cool all day. 2 acres garden beautifully landscaped. Private 12 by 24 ft. pool.

We live in Norway, but enjoys many weeks in the Caribbean. Nevis is the favourite island.
