This condo is located on a low floor (7) so elevator wait times are very little during the summer.

Splash is the best all inclusive resort in Panama City Beach for kids. We have a family, kids, and have had many of super fun days at Splash.

What makes this condo unique

The waterpark is one of the single most awesome things about this resort. You come to the beach to play outside, but the kids are bored playing in the sand all day. This place's waterpark keeps them busy for hours.

Plus, the whole thing is covered, protecting their skin!

Splash is VERY well known for their water play areas. This place is AWESOME for the kiddos. There is a covered waterpark, heated pool, lazy river, dive-in movie theater, huge arcade, huge fitness center and TONS of beach front to soak up the rays.

The Splash resort was awesome! I enjoyed every minute of my vacation. The views were beautiful and the room was absolutely great! My 2 small children loved the bunk beds and the "home like" feel to the resort. The lilly pad park and lazy river were 2 of the favorite activities for them. Also, the fact the room had EVERYTHING we needed in there was great! From Corkscrews to can openers... you had it. I really appreciate Dustin for everything that he did from day one to help with the ease of this vacation. My family mad some great memories that will truly last a lifetime. Thanks Splash!

We arrived incredibly late at night and so all the directions provided, were to a tee! Easy entrance and beautiful condo. We have a 3month old and we were so pleased to spend our first family vacation here. We talked many times about we can't wait to bring our son back next year when he is older and able to do more. A lot of amazing first experiences with him and we could not have done it at a better place. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your place and the pictures are EXACT! LOVED the stay and can't wait to go back.

My family just arrived home after staying in this condo for a week and I must say we will definitely be back! We were VERY pleased with the condo and the resort. This condo was beautiful and very clean. The resort was perfect for the kids. We have a 2 yr old daughter and also had my 11 yr old brother with us and they would have been perfectly happy never going to the beach. There was so much for them to do. We had 2 rainy days but they were still able to play at the water park and lazy river. My daughter absolutely loved the lily pad area. This was the happiest we have ever been with our vacation accommodations. Also, in making our reservations both Jason and Dustin were always very nice and helpful. I would recommend this condo to anyone! Thanks for making our vacation even better!!!

First off, we are sure 704e is one of the best condos at Splash! We had family in two other condos, and we definitely had far superior accommodations than the others! Clean and beautifully decorated, what a pleasure it was for our family vacation! As silly as it seems, we felt like royalty when we went to the beach and told them our room number. We had those posh lounge chairs with the umbrella! (while others were turned away)

Also, Jason was fantastic to work with while reserving our condo. He was so helpful. We never had to call anyone for help, but when we called housekeeping @ check-out, they were so very pleasant.

We can't wait to return to Panama City Beach next year for our family vacation. We are hoping that 704e or another PCBLP is available!

Thanks again for an amazing vacation!

Loved our Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Splash. The kids had a blast! We had 7 people stay in this unit and there was plenty of room. There are also beach chairs and sand toys that are in the room that you can use and that was a nice surprise . I hope to stay there again next year! Thanks for everything! -The Hensons, Guin, AL.
