This 2264 sq. ft. home is the perfect getaway

This is a three-story house. The main floor is open, which makes the kitchen, dining and living room feel even larger. The beds are very comfortable (one renter wrote to ask us where we'd bought the mattress because her back felt good the whole week).
About Tim Cyrus

We live near Chattanooga, Tenn., and since only one of us is retired, we don't get to our house in Panama City Beach nearly as much as we'd like to. We love to go there because it’s big enough for our family of 10 to spend time there comfortably without getting in each others way.

Why Tim Cyrus chose Palm Cove

There are four bedrooms, two on the second floor and two on the third. On the second floor, one bedroom has a king-size bed, an attached bathroom with tub and shower and access to the balcony. The other bedroom has a queen-size bed and attached bathroom with shower. The two bedrooms on the third floor share a bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has four twin beds in a dormitory setting with no door. (It’s a bonus room). There’s also a hide-a-bed on the main floor with access to a half bath.

There’s one table that seats seven, another that seats four and four bar stools. And there’s plenty of everything -- dishes, pots and pans, glassware, silverware, etc.

There are four TVs and wifi.

What makes this house unique

The house is a couple of blocks from the beach in the Harrison’s Walk subdivision off of Alf Colemam. The beach area has a pier, bathrooms and plenty of parking. The house is one-fourth mile from Shipwreck Island and close to shopping and restaurants. Although I used to think I’d prefer to be on the beach, I’ve learned that it’s nice to have a quieter getaway during Spring Break and Memorial Day weekend when the beach roads are busy and noisy.

We were group of friends on spring break :-) The house is gorgeous and incredibly well stocked. The time of our arrival everything was clean and ready for us to settle down. The location of the house is close to everything withing a mile, shopping, restaurants, clubs and beach. We enjoyed so much!!! I would definitely come back for vacation and highly recommend others to enjoy in this beautiful house. We really appreciate the owners and property manager for making our trip extra special with the comfort of this house.
