Large 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Chalet with Beautiful Golf Course Views

This beautifully furnished Ski/Golf Chalet home is located in the Shanty Creek Resort offering four season fun for everyone. The home features 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offering plenty of privacy for everyone. One large bedroom is located in the finished walkout lower level with its own private full bathroom. Two bedrooms and one full bathroom are located on the upper level. The Master Bedroom is located on the main floor and has its own private bathroom.

The home has an attached two car garage, washer and dryer and brand new quality furnishings. Enjoy those chilly evenings in front of one of the two stone gas fireplaces.

Enjoy the beautiful golf course views in the summer from your private deck or share stories sitting around the fire pit; or enjoy a game of ping pong on the outdoor ping pong table.

We looked in several areas across Northern Michigan, but none offered the four season amenities that Shanty Creek had to offer. We are an active family and this Resort has something for everyone. Once we saw the private Beach Club on Lake Bellaire, we were hooked!

This beautiful chalet offers plenty of room for our large family to spread out and the location directly on the Summit Golf Course with those beautiful views is simply incredible. We love to cross country ski and with miles of cross country ski trails right out our back door we couldn't pass it up.

The Schuss Mountain and Shanty Creek Resort offers something for everyone - with its two incredible ski areas with free shuttle service, miles of cross country skiing trails, sledding, tubing and four nationally recognized golf courses - including The Legend and Cedar River - there is plenty to do. As our guests you will have access to two resort pools (indoor and outdoor), tennis, basketball courts, golf range and the Private Beach Club on Lake Bellaire - available only to Summit Village homeowners and guests. We are just a five minute stroll to the Lakeview Hotel which offers a fitness center, full service spa and sauna - not to mention the highly acclaimed Lakeview Restaurant.

We are a five minute drive to downtown Bellaire which includes Short's Brewery, a nationally recognized microbrewery. We are 30 minutes from Gaylord and Traverse City - both offering many challenging and enjoyable golf courses including The Bear at the Grand Traverse Resort. Or take a drive up the peninsula in Traverse City and sample some of the local wineries or attend the Cherry Festival.

This lovely Summit Village home is located directly on the Summit Golf Course. Sit on the large back deck and sip your favorite beverage as you take in the beautiful panoramic views (and the occasional golfer). Enjoy your evenings sharing stories around the fire pit.
